French-Swiss Perspectives – The inhouse lawyer as crisis manager

The AIBL and the French Association of Corporate Lawyers (AFJE) invite you to an opportunity to share experiences and exchange ideas between lawyers from both sides of the border on the theme: the role of in-house lawyers in crisis management.

Our speakers will present their respective experiences and perspectives on the possible contributions and positions of an organization’s legal department when it faces particularly serious and unforeseen situations: emergency management, communication, and advice to management. What tools can legal departments implement to better anticipate and overcome crises?
